Job Description:
We’re looking for a driven and passionate individual to join us as a Founder’s Office Intern . It’s an opportunity to work directly with our founders and leadership team, take on high-impact projects, and contribute to shaping the future of Incresco. Key Responsibilities:
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across departments—marketing, operations, product, or sales—stepping in wherever your skills are needed.
Ownership & Initiative: Identify what needs to be done, take charge, and execute with minimal supervision.
Big Picture Thinking: Contribute ideas and strategies that align with the company’s vision and help us grow smarter and faster.
Problem-Solving: Tackle challenges head-on with creative, practical, and effective solutions.
Curiosity & Critical Thinking: Question existing processes, bring fresh ideas to the table, and think critically about improvements.
Learning on the Go: Take on new tasks, research what you don’t know, and continuously develop new skills.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with teams to align goals and deliver outstanding results together.
Requirements:
Currently Pursuing or Recent Graduate: You’re currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or you’re a recent graduate.
A Go-Getter Attitude: You’re proactive, take ownership, and love turning ideas into actions.
Curiosity & Drive: You’re eager to learn something new every day and thrive on asking “why.”
Strategic Mindset: You can see the bigger picture and think creatively about solutions and opportunities.
