Job Title: WFM EngineerWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Workforce Management (WFM) Engineer. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in implementing WFM solutions, Desktop Analytics, and Speech Analytics.About the Role:This is a remote contract position working primarily US Eastern Standard Time (EST). The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, deploying, configuring, and optimizing WFM systems to support workforce efficiency, operational insights, and compliance objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end implementation of WFM, Desktop Analytics, and Speech Analytics solutions, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable value.Design and maintain forecasting, scheduling, and real-time adherence models within WFM.Configure and fine-tune Desktop Analytics and Speech Analytics to capture actionable insights, monitor process compliance, and support quality improvement initiatives.Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and ongoing system administration for WFM applications. Develop documentation, training materials, and deliver user training as needed.Requirements:Proven hands-on experience implementing and supporting WFM, Desktop Analytics, and Speech Analytics solutions.Strong understanding of workforce planning, call centre operations, and process optimization.Experience with system integrations, data feeds, and reporting within the WFM ecosystem.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Verint Cloud Certified (VCS)This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.Benefits:This is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
