Prompt and AI/ML Engineer RoleWe are seeking a senior engineer to lead the development of our cutting-edge conversational AI technology.The ideal candidate will have expertise in prompt engineering, large language models, and voice agent design. They will be responsible for architecting and deploying AI models that power our chatbots and voice agents, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with our Azure-hosted microservices architecture.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop AI models using LLM- and RAG-based systems to ingest NHS data sources and generate accurate responses.Develop and optimize prompts and voice-agent dialogue flows to maximize response relevance and reduce latency.Partner with frontend and backend teams to integrate AI and voice agent components into our microservices architecture.Instrument AI and voice-agent pipelines, analyze logs and user feedback, and troubleshoot edge cases.Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in LLMs, RAG, and conversational AI frameworks.Define and execute rigorous test plans to validate model accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards.Requirements:Proven expertise in prompt engineering, LLMs, RAG frameworks, and voice-agent/dialogue-system design.Strong understanding of Azure services, containerization, relational databases, and systems thinking.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment where you can shape the future of conversational AI, collaborate with talented engineers, and enjoy a balance of in-office collaboration and remote days.
