Our team is seeking a highly skilled Product Sourcing Specialist to join us in identifying and acquiring top-selling items.As a Product Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough product research, analyzing market trends, competition, demand, and profit margins. You will also negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and terms with suppliers, evaluate product quality through sample reviews and communication with factories, and assess supplier reliability.RequirementsProven experience in Amazon FBA product sourcing with a strong understanding of product research tools such as Jungle Scout, Helium 10, and Keepa.Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to assess supplier reliability.Knowledge of international trade and shipping terms including EXW, FOB, and CIF.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with suppliers or attending trade fairs with a background in private label or wholesale sourcing.Understanding of Amazon compliance requirements and restricted categories.What We OfferCompetitive pay and revenue share options.Performance-based bonuses and opportunities for long-term growth within a fast-scaling e-commerce brand.
