Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to execute digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, blog publication, outreach, and other marketing operations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of email platforms, WordPress, canva, various marketing platforms, and have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention.
- Maintain and optimize efficiency across various marketing operational tasks.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to optimize campaigns and drive results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to execute content publishing and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Conduct outreach activities, including cold emails and networking, to expand brand visibility and generate leads.
- Demonstrate a strong curiosity and ability to learn new tools, techniques, and strategies to tackle challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Undertake new initiatives and experiments to improve.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, content management, and outreach.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Brevo, Mailchimp, HubSpot), content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and various marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to tackling challenges and driving results.
