ONLY TRAINERS Job Summary: Role: Training Lead Experience: 6year to 10 years Job Location: Kolkata Eligibility: Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)Non-technical graduation in any stream - CA Inter, B.COM, M.COM or similar (Preferred)Willing to work in rotational shift Job Description : 1) Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and key financial metrics2) Expertise in data reporting using tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms3) Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences4) Excellent verbal and written communication skills5) Track training completion rates and provide feedback to individuals and teams on performance6) Conduct regular training sessions to reinforce key concepts and address any emerging data challenges7) Deliver training sessions to employees at various levels of financial expertise, tailoring content to different roles and skill levels8) Create engaging training materials including presentations, case studies, and hands-on exercises utilizing relevant financial data tools9) Identify training needs within the finance department by collaborating with stakeholders to understand data usage and reporting requirements Mandatory Skill Sets1) Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and key financial metrics. 2) Expertise in data manipulation, analysis, and reporting using tools like Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms. 3) Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences. 4) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Certification Required if any 1) Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field 2) Minimum 6 years of experience in financial analysis or data management role 3) Proven experience in training delivery and curriculum development, ideally within a financial context.
