The role of the HRIS Workday Specialist is to provide critical support to the Human Resources Information Systems function, with a focus on delivering accurate and actionable reports and dashboards in Workday.Key Responsibilities:Maintain system-generated reports and dashboards for HR and business leaders by collaborating with cross-functional teams.Create and schedule advanced and matrix reports based on requirements.Provide daily functional support to end-users with system-related inquiries and requests.Manage help requests from end-users via the ticketing system, following established protocols.Develop calculated fields to meet reporting needs.Resolve user issues and answer "how-to" questions related to the HRIS system (Workday).Analyze scheduled audit reports and collaborate with HR and Centers of Excellence to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in accordance with change management procedures.Support data cleaning and integrity projects across various HR modules.Collaborate on HR audits and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.Troubleshoot basic system issues and escalate when necessary.
