Job Title: Senior QA Engineer ManagerThe job entails leading and mentoring the QA team to define quality standards, implementing test automation strategies, establishing and maintaining QA processes across multiple platforms, collaborating with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development.Main Responsibilities:Lead and mentor the QA teamDesign and implement test automation strategiesEstablish and maintain QA processesCollaborate with product and development teamsDrive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processesManage test environments and coordinate testing activities across platformsCreate and maintain detailed test documentation and reportingMentor junior QA engineers and help grow the QA functionRequirements:To be successful in this role, you should have an MSc/BSc in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience, with 5+ years in QA, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. You should have hands-on experience with automation tools like Playwright, Selenium, BrowserStack, strong programming skills in Python and TypeScript, experience testing Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), and Backend (Elixir/NodeJS), performance testing experience, solid understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and database testing, excellent communication skills, and experience working in startups and remote teams.About This Role:This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of software quality assurance principles and practices. As a lead QA engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
