We are currently assisting our client, a reputed group company, in their search for a Group Lead – L&D to shape and drive the learning agenda across multiple businesses.


Role Overview

This is a strategic role that will design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs to enhance employee capability, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and build a culture of continuous learning. The incumbent will work closely with the Group CHRO and senior business leaders to align learning strategy with organizational priorities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the custodian of learning across the group ecosystem.
  • Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and implement impactful learning interventions.
  • Lead the execution of high-priority L&D programs currently at the design stage
  • Talent management – identifying and developing future leaders, linking to succession planning.
  • Leverage digital learning platforms and modern L&D tools to drive adoption and scale.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective program roll-outs.


Must-Have Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development.
  • At least 3–5 years in a leadership/strategic L&D role.
  • Strong exposure to digital learning platforms and contemporary L&D practices.
  • Ability to operate independently, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver outcomes in a fast-evolving environment.
