Job Title: Contract Lifecycle ManagerMaintain and track commercial contracts from inception to expiration, encompassing MSAs, Order Forms, and SOWs.Closely monitor contract obligations, deliverables, and renewal timelines; send proactive reminders and coordinate actions with relevant teams.Support accurate and timely invoicing in partnership with Finance, ensuring payment status is tracked effectively.Oversee the renewal process and assist in preparing contract amendments or extension documents.Maintain structured documentation and update contract records within internal systems.Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to ensure clarity and execution of contract terms.Provide regular reporting on upcoming renewals, revenue schedules, and contractual risks or gaps.Key Qualifications:6–8 years of experience in contract lifecycle management, commercial operations, legal operations, revenue operations, or a related field.Strong understanding of contract terms, renewal cycles, invoicing milestones, and obligation tracking.Experience working with SaaS agreements (MSAs, SOWs, Order Forms, Amendments) is preferred.Familiarity with ASC 606 or similar revenue recognition standards is an advantage.High attention to detail, organizational rigor, and strong follow-through are essential.Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination skills are required.Familiarity with CLM, CRM, or contract workflow tools is beneficial.
