Job Description POSITION: HVC Pipeline Management LeadREPORTS TO: HVC LeaderLOCATION: Bangalore EXPERIENCE: 5 - 8 YrsABOUT YOUR ROLE:The HVC Pipeline Management Lead will be instrumental in driving the sustainable and profitable growth of the High-Value Contribution (HVC) portfolio by being responsible for building a strong pipeline & drive exceptional Sales plan execution in collaboration with the Sales team. This role requires strong analytical skills and a collaborative approach to develop and execute business plans. The successful candidate will work closely with HVC leadership, regional sales teams, and cross-functional departments to increase the HVC portfolio's value contribution exponentially in the next 2-3  years.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:Business PlanningWork closely with the HVC Leader & regional sales team to develop a long-term business plan for the HVC portfolio, aiming for sustainable and profitable growth, specifically increasing value contribution exponentially.Provide market insights to improve product functionality and generate new product development ideas.Pipeline Creation & Performance ManagementBuild the sales pipeline actively to regularly add and commercialize opportunities with converters and end-users collaboration.Own end-to-end HVC pipeline management, ensuring its health, coverage, and progression.Conduct win/loss analysis, coverage tracking, and conversion insights to improve forecast accuracy across regions & at National levelActively collaborate with cross-functional local and regional teams to identify and develop new applications for scalability in India.Surface product gaps and low-hanging opportunities to support new product development and category expansion.Sales Execution & GrowthStrengthen and increase the HVC pipeline conversion by collaborating with regional sales teams.Partner in executing country-specific sales plans for the select portfolio through regional team collaboration, focusing on volume and value growth, TP%, and new product launch sales percentage.Collaborate with Regional teams to propagate value propositions to position select portfolio products.Converter & Customer FocusExecute a clear converter strategy to maintain a high share of wallet for the select product portfolio.Implement converter & Salesperson capability building Initiatives for HVC portfolioWHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:Robust understanding of Packaging & label ecosystemAnalytical Skill & Ability to draw insightful conclusionsNetworking ability within & outside organization, Championing CollaborationAbility to draw insights from marketStrategic planning & execution excellenceProblem Solving & driving changeUnderstanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs within high-value categories Qualifications B.Tech preferably in printing and packaging technology/MBA will be preferred Additional Information AVERY DENNISON IS AN EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY PROVIDER.
