Project OverviewThe goal of this project is to provide staff augmentation services in a client-directed and approved manner.To ensure success, personnel will possess sufficient general technical skills, Hogan application expertise, and mainframe knowledge. They will also be expected to develop and maintain additional knowledge and skills regarding client-specific environments and customizations.All services will be performed in a staff augmentation model where the client is responsible for providing necessary instructions and information required to conduct services.Personnel will adhere to the client's security policies and procedures in the delivery of services.Key Responsibilities:Designs, develops, installs, tests, and documents complex application software.Contributes to the design and delivery of technical architecture solution components.Required Skills and Qualifications:7 to 12 years of Mainframe/COBOL/CICS/JCL experience.4+ Banking product experience is mandatory.Four or more years of product design and development experience.Experience working with software design, software development life cycle, development methodologies, and implementation.Experience in Agile Methodologies.Nice to Have:2 years of Hogan experience in any Application.
