we are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mainframe applications and systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in COBOL, JCL, and DB2, along with experience in systems analysis and application development within a mainframe environment.Exp- 5 to 8 years Location- Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad RequirementsKey Responsibilities:1. Design, code, test, and implement mainframe applications and enhancements2. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications3. Perform systems analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging of existing applications4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery5. Develop batch processing and online applications using COBOL and JCL6. Optimize and maintain database management systems, primarily DB27. Document application processes, flows, and technical specifications8. Stay updated with the latest mainframe technologies and best practicesTechnical Skills:- Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, and DB2- Experience in developing and maintaining CICS applications- Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles- Understanding of job scheduling and workload management- Knowledge of source control tools and methodologiesRequired Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mainframe Developer or in a similar role3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills4. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities5.
