Statistical Programmer - Data Science RoleThis position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage expertise in statistical programming, data analysis, and clinical trials to drive impactful research outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain ADaM datasets, TLFs, and other analytical outputs for clinical trials ensuring accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.Support Oncology studies by contributing to dataset integration analysis and documentation, working closely with statisticians, data managers, and clinical teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.Collaborate on ISS/ISE activities, including dataset integration analysis and documentation, while troubleshooting data/programming issues and proposing process enhancements.Ensure adherence to CDISC standards, good programming practices, and audit-ready documentation.Required Skills & Qualifications:4-14 years of industrial experience with a strong background in R programming, SAS, and ADaM dataset development.Hands-on expertise in TLF programming, good understanding of CDISC standards, and clinical trial data flow.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.Intermediate candidates with strong learning intent and ability to upskill quickly will also be considered.Benefits:Opportunity to work on impactful Oncology research projects with global teams.Continuous learning and upskilling environment with access to advanced tools and platforms.Collaborative agile work culture with exposure to end-to-end statistical programming lifecycle and regulatory submissions.Chance to contribute to the development of innovative solutions and methodologies in the field of data science.
