Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Product Director to lead the development of our Financial CRM solution, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.This role involves envisioning, prioritizing, and developing the features and functions of the product to meet the needs of both customers and internal stakeholders.Product Leadership: Lead the product team and establish the product vision.Strategic Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering CRM solutions within the Banking and Financial Services industry, coupled with a deep understanding of Customer Engagement, Onboarding, Sales, and Service concepts, and their applications in Financial Services.The successful Product Director will have over 15 years of experience in software product development and solution delivery within the Banking and Financial Services industry, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.They will also have a proven track record of delivering CRM solutions with a strong understanding of Customer Engagement, Onboarding, Sales, Service, and Marketing concepts in Financial Services.Key ResponsibilitiesSome key responsibilities for this role include:Developing and implementing a strategic product roadmap.Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.Analyzing customer data to inform product decisions.RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you will need:A degree in Computer Science or a related field.Over 15 years of experience in software product development.Extensive knowledge of CRM solutions and their applications in Financial Services.Strong leadership and project management skills.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:A comprehensive health insurance plan.A 401(k) retirement savings plan.A generous paid time off policy.About UsWe are a leading provider of financial services and technology solutions.
