Team Leader – Voice Process (Banking/Sales)

Location : Mansarovar, Jaipur | Salary: Up to ₹3.9 LPA | Work Days: 6 Days | Joining: Immediate

Education - Any Grad/ Intermediate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily operations and team performance.
  • Maintain MIS reports, rosters, and performance data.
  • Drive KPIs: AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, NPS/C-SAT.
  • Handle HR-related issues and staff development.
  • Coordinate with clients for daily updates.
  • Ensure process compliance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in voice process; 1 year as Team Leader (on paper).
  • Strong communication in English & Hindi.
  • Experience in BPO, Banking/Sales customer service.
  • Hands-on with team management and KPI tracking.
