Team Leader – Voice Process (Banking/Sales)
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur | Salary: Up to ₹3.9 LPA | Work Days: 6 Days | Joining: Immediate
Education- Any Grad/ Intermediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage daily operations and team performance.
- Maintain MIS reports, rosters, and performance data.
- Drive KPIs: AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, NPS/C-SAT.
- Handle HR-related issues and staff development.
- Coordinate with clients for daily updates.
- Ensure process compliance and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years in voice process; 1 year as Team Leader (on paper).
- Strong communication in English & Hindi.
- Experience in BPO, Banking/Sales customer service.
- Hands-on with team management and KPI tracking.
