This is a high-equity, high-impact opportunity for someone ready to own revenue growth and build a long-term company together.Your Commitments:Bring in at least 3 corporate clients (export houses, buying agencies, manufacturers, or brands) within the first 90 daysHire, train, and manage a commission-based sales teamDevelop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy, including outbound and email-driven campaignsSet up and manage email marketing workflows for lead nurturing and upsellingClose deals directly and build repeatable systems for the sales teamCollaborate with the founder to refine pricing, packaging, and positioningCompensation:Equity stake based on your involvement and performanceNo salary in early stage — this is a sweat equity leadership role with long-term upsideOption to earn recurring commissions on deals closed until we hit positive cash flowIdeal Partner Profile:5+ years in B2B sales, SaaS, or fashion/tech business developmentProven experience closing high-value deals (₹50,000+ in recurring SaaS)Built and managed sales teams (bonus: if remote/commission-based)Skilled in email marketing, campaign tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo, Klaviyo, or HubSpot), and copywriting for conversionsNetworked within the fashion, apparel, or manufacturing supply chainDriven by results, ownership, and long-term value creationWhy Fitumi?We've built a product that fashion designers and manufacturers love — AI tools like sketch-to-garment, fabric changer, and model switchers.
