We are seeking a seasoned Security Operations Specialist to assume a critical role in the monitoring, administration and maintenance of our security systems.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and analyze security alerts from various sources, including email and endpoint platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve security incidents and implement process improvements.Contribute to the development and maintenance of security policies and procedures.Email Security (Proofpoint)Review and respond to email security alerts, ensuring prompt action is taken to prevent potential threats.Support configuration updates for email security policies and settings.Identity Access Management (Saviynt IAM/IGA)Assist in user lifecycle management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modifications.Review and approve access requests, ensuring compliance with established approval workflows.Endpoint Privilege Management (CyberArk EPM)Monitor endpoint privilege escalations and policy enforcement across endpoints.Support the onboarding of new endpoints into EPM policies.General Security OperationsParticipate in incident response efforts, collecting and analyzing data to inform mitigation strategies.Develop and maintain comprehensive security documentation, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
