We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will provide remote technical support and problem resolution assistance related to software applications. They will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex computer systems and software.The role requires a strong understanding of technical environments, with the ability to document and verify reported problems, as well as utilize available tools, resources, and documentation to resolve issues.This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in customer communication, technical problem-solving, and software development.Main Responsibilities:Gaining knowledge of assigned customers' technical environments.Documenting and verifying reported problems.Troubleshooting and resolving issues using available tools, resources, and documentation.Engaging additional resources when necessary.Providing effective and consistent communication to management, peers, and account teams.Requirements:A minimum of two to three years of experience supporting customers in a technical environment, or commensurate college-level coursework, or a combination of both.Demonstrated ability to learn complex software tools quickly.Strong customer communication skills (verbal and written), including passing an English proficiency test.Education and Experience:2+ years relevant work experience supporting customers in a technical environment OR commensurate college-level coursework, or a combination of both.Some travel, after-hours, or on-call work may be required.Shift flexibility including weekends.Technical Certifications and second or third languages a plus but not required.
