Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to provide compliance, reporting, and administrative support for U.S. federal government contracts.Key Responsibilities:Contract Compliance:Assist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendments to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulations.Identify and summarize applicable FAR/DFARS clauses and compliance obligations.Support subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documented.Reporting & Documentation:Prepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.Support U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO/OFCCP reporting).Maintain organized contract repositories and document management systems.Audit & Monitoring Support:Assist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA).Track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely compliance.Proposal & Pre-Award Support:Review solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant FAR/DFARS clauses.Prepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teams.Collaboration & Stakeholder Support:Coordinate with U.S. contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teams.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Government Contracting, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, compliance, or a related field.Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS regulations and contracting principles.Benefits:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
