Based in Rödermark near Frankfurt am Main, we produce up to 100 machines per month and have a global infrastructure supported by more than 600 employees in Europe, Asia and USA.Role(s) DescriptionWe are looking for two engineers for our machines:Mechanical engineerOptical engineerThose are full-time, on-site (in India) roles for Service Engineers for mechanical or optical machines, requiring 70% travel per year. Each Service Engineer will be responsible for installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and providing technical support for the customers' mechanical or optical machines. Daily tasks will include maintenance, repair, field service visits to customer sites, and application support. The Service Engineer will aim to ensure all machines operate efficiently and resolve any technical issues promptly.Preferable locations in India: Mysuru, Bengaluru, Electronic City, Hosur, Chennai.Qualifications·        Field Service and Maintenance & Repair experience·        Strong Communication skills·        Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills·        A technical degree or relevant certification in mechatronics and electrical engineering. For the optical engineer role optical engineering degree would be needed ·        Experience working in the electronics or manufacturing industry is a plus·        Programming skills are an advantage·        Ability to work independently and handle complex technical issues·        Good English and Hindi skills·        Driving license·        Good Tamil language skills would be considered a benefit
