About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and autonomous data engineer to join our team in delivering cutting-edge data solutions.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and financial reporting.You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand complex financial concepts and translate them into scalable, performant data models.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop dimensional data models to support financial reporting and broader analytics.Build and maintain robust data pipelines using SQL, Python, and dbt.Work with Microsoft Fabric OneLake and related technologies.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial concepts and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across the warehouse.Operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices for data warehousing.RequirementsProven experience in data warehousing and dimensional modelling, ideally within financial services.Strong proficiency in SQL, Python and PowerBI.Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric, or equivalent analytics technologies.Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex problems.Strong understanding of financial concepts and how they translate into data models.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.What We OfferOpportunity to work on challenging projects with a talented teamProfessional development and growth opportunitiesA dynamic and supportive work environmentCompetitive compensation package
