About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Database Administrator to lead our team and drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of our critical database systems. You will oversee the development of data persistence strategies that support business objectives and data-driven initiatives.This role requires a strong understanding of relational and NoSQL database systems, as well as expertise in database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Microsoft SQL Server. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with 8-10 years of experience in database administration roles.As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior database administrators, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.
