Location: Sector 7A, Faridabad

Experience Required: 1 – 3 years

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Study Abroad Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in guiding students with overseas education opportunities and the complete admission-to-visa process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students regarding study abroad options (courses, universities, and countries).
  • Guide students through the complete admission process including application forms, SOPs, LORs, and documentation.
  • Provide accurate information about universities, programs, scholarships, and eligibility criteria.
  • Support students with visa guidance, financial documentation, and interview preparation.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest changes in admission and visa requirements for key study destinations (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen etc.).
  • Maintain proper follow-up and ensure high conversion rates from enquiry to enrolment.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Study Abroad/Overseas Education Counsellor.
  • Strong knowledge of international education systems and admission processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple applications and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in counselling for USA, UK, Canada, Australia or Schengen Countries
  • Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven with a customer-centric approach.
