About Us:
IgniteAndRise is a dynamic and growing organization focused on staffing and HR solutions. We are looking for a motivated HR Assistant to support the HR department in the daily administrative tasks and operations.
🎯 Objective:
We seek a detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide administrative support, manage employee records, and assist in HR processes like onboarding and training. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in the HR field while contributing to the smooth operation of our team.
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
🔧 HR Administration: Assist in day-to-day HR activities such as maintaining employee records, updating internal databases, and preparing HR documents like employment contracts and onboarding materials.
🤝 Employee Support: Help resolve employee inquiries, guide them through HR processes, and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
📋 Onboarding & Offboarding Assistance: Support the HR team in onboarding new hires, managing paperwork, and ensuring smooth offboarding processes.
📊 Data Entry & Reporting: Ensure all HR-related data is accurately entered into the system, and assist in generating regular HR reports on employee statistics and performance.
🛠 HR Process Improvement: Collaborate with the HR Manager to optimize workflows and ensure efficient HR operations.
📅 Training Support: Help coordinate training sessions and ensure employees have access to the necessary resources and materials.
🌐 Compliance: Assist with ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies by tracking employee records and managing relevant documentation.
Compensation Details:
1. Variable Pay for First 6 Months:
For the first six months, compensation will be performance-based.
You will receive ₹2,500 for each candidate whose onboarding process is successfully completed.
Payments will be disbursed within 60 to 90 days.
2. Fixed CTC After 6 Months:
After six months, your compensation will transition to a fixed CTC, with a performance-based increase of 10-40%.
3. Basic Salary: ₹20,000 per month, payable upon the completion of your 6-month contract.
If you leave early, the basic salary will not be disbursed.
