We are a leading HR solutions provider, connecting top talent with the right opportunities while offering comprehensive HR services to businesses. Our clientele ranges from startups to established corporations, and we specialize in recruitment, HR management, and strategic consulting.
Key Responsibilities:-
Commitment: Minimum 6-month commitment to contribute to the company's growth.
Recruitment: Source, screen, and recruit candidates, with a focus on sales and technical roles.
Candidate Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to final placement.
Strategic Planning: Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Client Collaboration: Understand client needs and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly.
Process Improvement: Continuously refine recruitment processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:-
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Proficient in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proven networking ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:-
Flexible Hours: Choose between full-time or part-time, with remote work options.
Compensation:-
1. ₹30,000 for each successful placement.
2. Payment Timelines: Payments processed within 45 days after each placement.
3. During the 6-month probation period, candidates will receive a total of ₹60,000, calculated at ₹10,000 per month. This amount will only be paid at the end of the probation period, provided the candidate completes the full 6 months. If a candidate leaves the organization before completing the 6-month duration, they will not be eligible for any portion of the ₹60,000.
4. Post-probation: Transition to a fixed salary with a 10% hike, and performance-based hikes up to 30%.
