The Opportunity:Job DescriptionAvantor is looking for Jr.Associate-NA-Market Source Sourcing who can provide support to the sourcing function. Ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at minimum acceptable levels. Monitor inventory requests, production schedules and purchase requisitions to coordinate purchasing activities for current/anticipated demand of materials and services. Collect suppliers' quotations and examine bids. Identify and select suppliers that meet the organization's standards of price, quality and delivery. Major Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and Monitor requisition flowMonitoring performance of internal teams based on contractual KPIs and SLAsCustomer communication and Relationship Management: Drive customer satisfaction by building trust and developing strong relationships.Source product at supplier if requiredInternal communicationSupport and escalation of Product Master Data and pricingTargets: Meet/exceed regional SLA based on contractual agreementPlanning/Forecasting: Plan, forecast and achieve objectives and Key Performance IndicatorsProactively seeking ways to improve efficiency: Pro-active participation in technical enhancement, developing strategies to constantly improve team performancePerforms other duties as assigned Qualifications (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)Academic: Bachelor's degree, scientific background.
