Avantor is looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Associate-NA-Market Source Sourcing, who will be responsible for delivering results against some of the most complex business and technology initiatives.

**MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** (List in order of importance)
- Troubleshoot and Monitor requisition flow
- Monitoring performance of internal teams based on contractual KPIs and SLAs
- Customer communication and Relationship Management: Drive customer satisfaction by building trust and developing strong relationships.
- Source product at supplier if required
- Internal communication
- Support and escalation of Product Master Data and pricing
- Targets: Meet/exceed regional SLA based on contractual agreement
- Planning/Forecasting: Plan, forecast and achieve objectives and Key Performance Indicators
- Proactively seeking ways to improve efficiency: Pro-active participation in technical enhancement, developing strategies to constantly improve team performance
Performs other duties as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**(Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)
- Academic: Bachelor’s degree, business administration or scientific background
- Experience: 0-5 years of experience in a fast paced, customer focused environment, industry experience, procurement, sourcing business experience and business management
- Experienced in serving key accounts customers (direct customer contact)
- Certifications: business administration and/or Science degree
- Language Requirement: Fluent in English and 1 of the regional languages

- A clear ability to manage customer interactions professionally by demonstrating excellent listening and organizational skills, and by using probing questions and reflective language to engage customers and build trust.

- Highly customer focused as well as proactive and team focused
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to comfortably interact with various internal stakeholders (Service centers and local teams)
- High sense of responsibility and ownership
- Eager to learn and consistently improve their knowledge
- A natural desire to share knowledge and work with the wider VWR Network
- Strive for process excellence
- Able to work in multi-culture and multi-company environments
- Commits to agreed actions on agreed timelines with customers
