Expert Middleware Developer

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Middleware Expert with expertise across Oracle Middleware technologies such as SOA, OSB, ADF, BPM, and ESS.The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex integrations using Oracle SOA Suite, ensuring smooth production operations, and contributing to technology upgrades and enhancements.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement complex integrations using Oracle SOA Suite, OSB, ADF, BPM, and ESS.Perform application validation, production support, and enhancements based on business needs.Handle BPM upgrades and migrations when required.Follow established design and development guidelines while implementing middleware solutions.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize performance.Provide production support, including staying available during production deployments as needed.Apply strong problem-solving and system-level thinking to align technical solutions with business goals.Contribute to project success through effective communication and teamwork in an Agile environment.Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / M.Sc / M.C.AExperience: Minimum 6–8 years of experience in Oracle Suite technologies such as SOA, OSB, ADF, BPM, and ESS.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
