About UsSikich is a global company specializing in Accounting, Advisory and Technical professional services.We have employees across the globe.We rank as one of the largest professional services companies in the United States.Job SummaryWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate with 0-3 years of experience to join our growing team.This entry-level role involves assisting in sourcing, screening and hiring top talent for various positions while contributing to the overall success of recruitment processes.Key ResponsibilitiesUtilize job boards, social media and other platforms to source potential candidates.Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.Communicate with candidates to schedule interviews and provide updates on their application status.Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements.Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Coordinate and support interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.Support efforts to promote the company's culture and values through social media and recruitment campaigns.Assist in organizing recruitment events, such as recruitment drive or campus hiring initiatives.Ensure proper documentation and compliance with hiring policies.Requirements for SuccessBachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.What We OfferFamily Health Insurance including parents.Life & Accident Insurance.Maternity/paternity leave.Performance-based incentives.Referral Bonus program.Exam Fee Reimbursement Policy.Indian festival holidays.5 days working week.Meals facility.Doctor's consultation.
