Job Overview:The Senior Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end operations and service delivery for Ambulance & Emergency Services.Key Responsibilities include:- Managing day-to-day operations and service delivery across all client sites for Ambulance & Emergency Services.- Coordinating end-to-end between hospital teams, client representatives, and vendor partners to ensure efficient service execution.- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring consistent service excellence and client satisfaction.- Handling service escalations promptly and effectively to minimize disruptions.- Conducting regular site visits to monitor on-ground performance, service quality, and adherence to SLAs and safety protocols.- Assisting clients in fulfilling audit and compliance requirements, including documentation, data accuracy, and regulatory readiness.- Publishing and presenting operational dashboards, MIS, and performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.- Collaborating with internal departments such as Emergency Medicine, HR, and Finance for smooth project operations.- Driving continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance response time, efficiency, and patient experience.- Ensuring training and readiness of ambulance and emergency staff in coordination with vendors.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:- Strong leadership and management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Experience in a similar role or industry.Benefits:This role offers a competitive salary package, including:- Salary: Competitive salary range based on experience.- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Operations Manager.
