Key Objective of the job: -

We are looking for a Creative & Passionate jewelry expert to join our team. You will be designing and creating a wide variety of designs along with the team of designs at Melorra. To be successful in this position, you'll have to be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to details.

Key Responsibilities: -

- Managing a team of 4-6 designers.
- Work closely with leadership team to deliver design patterns resonating the brand
- Create Jewelry Design collection, inspired from latest Global Fashion Trends.
- Trend analysis of latest trends in the market
- Competitive design approach study
- Understand the brand value and present reflection of the same in designs.
- Use various techniques to create 3D mock-ups & prototypes.
- Collaborate with team members to launch projects.
- Take on special design tasks.
- Use feedback from other designers, other stakeholders like CAD & rendering team
- Collaborate with peers to generate inspiring creative ideas to elevate brand experience.
- Evolve and elevate the aesthetic of the brand while keeping in the overall brand direction.
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends in fashion, luxury retail and technology.

Key Skills :-

- Industry experience in the jewelry design field of 8+ years.
- Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Certification from a recognized design institute.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
- The ability to meet deadlines.
- Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude.
- A keen eye for details.
- Teamwork skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A full and fluent knowledge of current design tools and software like Corel, InDesign, Photoshop.
- Strong with Fine jewelry Design techniques.
- Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts).

Qualifications: -

Must be a NIFT graduate in Accessory Designing
