About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver projects in data engineering and analytics.Key Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and deliver technical projects on time, within scope, and within budget.Demonstrate strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and analytics workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and success metrics.Familiarity with cloud data platforms is desired.Create detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.Track project progress using tools like Jira, Confluence, and report status to stakeholders.Proactively identify and resolve project blockers and dependencies.Evaluate all technical documentation to ensure it's current and aligned with project goals.Communicate effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Manage third-party vendors or external contractors when necessary.Promote continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required.8+ years of experience in project management within a technical environment is preferred.Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall is desired.Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project is essential.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are critical.Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
