Job OverviewWe are seeking a part-time Data Analyst with strong Power BI skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building dashboards, automating data flows, and cleaning and modeling real-world datasets.This position requires experience with data transformation using Power Query, developing well-structured analytics-ready data models, writing advanced DAX for KPIs, time-intelligence, and business logic.You will also work with operational data stored in Google Sheets, structure sheets for ingestion into Power BI, and automate repetitive steps using Apps Script.Key Responsibilities:Develop interactive dashboards from scratch using Power BI.Create clean, optimized SQL queries combining multiple datasets, perform date/time conversions, timestamp harmonization, and business-rule logic.Support ongoing client projects by building new dashboards, automating data flows, and maintaining existing reports.Requirements:Strong Power BI skills, including data modeling, reporting, and dashboard creation.Experience with SQL, data transformation, and data visualization.Familiarity with Google Sheets and Apps Script.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.Benefits:Part-time role (15–25 hours/week) with flexible working hours (IST).Remote-only work arrangement.Option to convert to long-term / ongoing engagement based on performance.About the Role:This is a great opportunity to gain experience in data analysis and visualization while working on diverse client projects.As a part-time employee, you will have the flexibility to balance your work and personal life.We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
