Job TitleWe are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. This role involves working with data, extracting insights, and presenting results in a clear and concise manner.About the RoleThe successful candidate will have experience working with e-discovery tools, particularly Relativity. They will be responsible for managing data, creating databases, and establishing permissions for customers. Additionally, they will provide technical assistance via phone, email, and screen shares.ResponsibilitiesExtract, transform, and load data to hosted platforms via custom plugins or flat files.Support customer base through superior customer service, providing technical assistance via phone, email, and screen shares.Account creation and sending invitations to end-users, occasionally following up with a platform walkthrough.Creation of databases and establishing permissions for customer use prior to providing credentials.Investigating client inquiries on their matters concerning printing, search results/creation, technical issues, etc.Picking up tasks from internal task systems, adhering to internal SLAs.RequirementsBachelor's degree and professional experience (3+ years).Strong knowledge/working experience of E-Discovery tools, especially Relativity.Knowledge of Microsoft Office; specifically, Microsoft Excel.Strong attention to detail, while managing multiple tasks.Critical thinking skills and ability to retain complex work direction.High technical aptitude or the ability to learn quickly.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.What You Will Bring To The RoleThe ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.Why You Will Love Working For UsWe offer a competitive total compensation package, inclusive benefits, wellness programs, and perks.
