Job DescriptionAs a developer with expertise in AI, you will design and build solutions that automate workflows, integrate with Microsoft 365 and external systems, and solve real business problems quickly and safely.Key responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining Copilot Studio agents for internal and client workflows, integrating with Microsoft 365 apps and approved knowledge sources, and building secure, supportable Power Platform solutions (Apps/Automate/Pages) with custom connectors to REST APIs and external services.Success outcomes include delivering 2-3 Copilot agents that integrate with Teams/Outlook/SharePoint and a defined knowledge base, standing up core Power Automate flows and custom connectors to key REST APIs, demonstrating API/webhook payload scripting in a productionized workflow, and confirming alignment to AI acceptable use and IT governance policies.RequirementsMust-Have Skills & Experience:Designs and deploys agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, with expertise in prompt engineering, integration with Teams/Outlook/SharePoint, and understanding of agent performance metrics.Hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Pages, with ability to build custom connectors and integrate REST APIs/Azure services into solutions.Scripting skills for integrations, with ability to write scripts that send payloads via API calls/webhooks.Business partnering skills, translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions, collaborating across functions, problem-solving, and optimizing flows.Qualifications: Microsoft Power Platform certifications or demonstrable Power Platform title/track record.Ways of working: works within the company's AI governance and acceptable use framework.Nice-to-Have Skills:Azure AI/OpenAI Services & Azure AI Foundry SDK for model-backed apps; familiarity with responsible AI principles.Programming exposure (Python, JavaScript, or C#) and Microsoft Graph API for deeper extensions.What We OfferOperate within our AI Acceptable Use Policy and coordinate with IT on governance/ISO27001 expectations for Power Platform solutions.Work with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver iterative value, document patterns for reuse and handover.Deliver high-quality work while ensuring alignment to our company values and vision.
