AI/ML Expert We are seeking an experienced AI/ML expert to join our team and lead the design and implementation of advanced Salesforce solutions integrated with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing intelligent workflows, personalized recommendations, and automation by leveraging Salesforce Einstein/Einstein GPT, LLMs, vector databases, and external ML services. Salesforce + AI/ML Development: Design, develop, test, document, and deploy Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements. Develop and deploy AI/ML models for real-time automation, forecasting, scoring, and decision-making. Integrate AI/ML models within Salesforce CRM to power intelligent data retrieval, opportunity insights, workflow automation, and personalized recommendations. Enhance Salesforce applications using native AI capabilities (Einstein/Einstein GPT) and external technologies (Python-based models, Azure/AWS ML services). Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related discipline. 5–7 years of experience in Power BI development and implementation. Strong expertise in AI/ML model building and deployment for real-time automation. Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML solutions with Salesforce CRM (Einstein/Einstein GPT + external ML frameworks). Solid knowledge of Generative AI, including transformers, LLMs, and RAG pipelines with vector databases.
