Senior SAP S/4HANA Financial ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Financial Consultant to lead the implementation and optimization of financial processes across S/4HANA environments. This role requires strong functional leadership, deep expertise in SAP CO, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & DeliveryLead end-to-end design of SAP S/4HANA CO processes including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) / Margin Analysis, and Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.Drive Fit-to-Standard and Fit/Gap workshops for the CO scope.Define and maintain the global CO template ensuring consistency across regions and business units.Configuration & IntegrationConfigure SAP S/4HANA CO components such as Universal Journal–based CO integration, Cost elements, allocations, assessments, settlements, Reporting structures and value flows, and Ensure robust integration with FI, MM, PP, SD, PM, and other S/4HANA modules.Configure Product Costing (Standard/Actual Costing), Material Ledger, and Cost Object Controlling.Project LeadershipAct as the primary CO Workstream Lead for S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and upgrades.Provide functional specifications for RICEFW objects and support development, testing, and validation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define end-to-end financial and operational flows.Guide global stakeholders, conduct training, and support change management activities.RequirementsExperience10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CO.Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations as a CO Lead.Skills & QualificationsStrong expertise in Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing (Material Ledger, Actual Costing), Internal Orders & Project Controlling, and CO-PA / Margin Analysis.Deep understanding of Universal Journal (ACDOCA), SAP Fiori apps, and S/4HANA simplification items.Proven experience leading workshops and managing global, cross-cultural stakeholders.
