SAP CPI Consultant PositionWe are seeking an experienced SAP CPI Specialist to fill this key role. As a vital member of our consulting practice, you will be responsible for managing Level 2 and Level 3 incidents, conducting thorough investigations, and implementing resolutions to ensure seamless business operations.Incident Resolution Expert: Investigate and resolve issues, restore system functionality, and guarantee business continuity.Collaborate with technical consultants, develop specifications, and update project status.Elevate tickets to external vendors, take ownership until resolution is achieved.Monitor background tasks, implement corrective measures, and recommend best practices.Responsibilities:Periodically update issue logs in ticketing tools.Maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Coordinate with audit teams, implement recommendations.Communicate with Business Users, update incident and problem ticket status.Identify opportunities for improvement, drive process integration, and standardization.Key Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in SAP CPI implementation and support.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work in a dynamic environment.Benefits:Opportunity to work on challenging projects.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Professional growth and development opportunities.
