SAP Learning Management SpecialistWe are seeking a seasoned SAP Learning Management Specialist to join our team. As an expert in the SuccessFactors LMS module, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing learning solutions that meet organizational needs.Key Responsibilities:Solution Design & Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies that align with business objectives.Configuration & Setup: Configure and manage various aspects of the LMS, including course catalogues, learning assignments, certifications, and user security settings.Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration of the SuccessFactors LMS with Employee Central.Reporting & Analytics: Develop and deliver reports on learning metrics, course completion rates, course assignments, and compliance data to support workforce development.Documentation & Training: Create and maintain configuration documentation, and user guides, and provide training to wider SuccessFactors Development and Operations team.Required Skills & Qualifications:SAP SuccessFactors Modules: Expertise in Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and other relevant modules.LMS Expertise: Knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS functionality and best practices.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understood solutions.HR Processes: Knowledge of core HR processes and standard practices within an international context.Data Analysis: Creating reports and analytics within SAP SuccessFactors to track HR metrics and performance indicators.Security Protocols: Knowledge of security protocols and compliance requirements within SAP SuccessFactors, especially related to sensitive HR data.Data Migration: Data migration strategies and tools.MDF Configuration: MDF (Metadata Framework) and business rules configuration.Debugging: Resolving issues and debugging in SAP SuccessFactors, including issues related to configurations and integrations.Nice To Have: SAP Certifications: Relevant SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central or other module-specific certifications.Integration Technologies: Integration technologies such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), APIs.SAP Solutions: Integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other SAP solutions (like SAP ERP HCM) and external systems.Development Practices: Experienced with development practices such as Waterfall, Agile.SAP IAS Configuration: Knowledge of SAP IAS Configuration.SAP Joule: Experience with SAP Joule.Why This Role?This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in SAP Learning Management to drive business growth and improve organizational effectiveness.
