We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist with proven experience in the U.S. logistics industry. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and contribute to talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development. This role requires a strong understanding of logistics workforce dynamics and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-state operational environment. This shift will be a night shift from 6:30pm to 3:30am.Key Responsibilities:- Administer HR policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws and logistics industry standards.- Support recruitment efforts for corporate roles; coordinate interviews, onboarding, and orientation.- Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate resolutions.- Maintain HRIS systems and ensure accurate employee records and reporting.- Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems and employee engagement initiatives.- Coordinate training programs related to safety, compliance, and professional development.- Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance and third-party providers.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- 3+ years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in the U.S. logistics or transportation industry.- Experience with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems.- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.Preferred Skills:- Communication Skills should be excellent.Please share your resume at hr@jssonslogistics.com
