Position Overview We are seeking a qualified and experienced HR Generalist to manage and support end-to-end human resource functions. The incumbent will be responsible for talent acquisition, HR operations, payroll coordination, performance management support, and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Key Roles and Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination. - Oversee HR operations, including employee onboarding, induction, and maintenance of employee records. - Handle payroll processing with hands-on experience using the Razorpay Payroll Portal, ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Manage leave and attendance systems, ensuring timely updates and adherence to company policies. - Support employee performance management processes, including appraisal cycles and performance documentation. - Plan and execute employee engagement activities to promote a positive and productive work environment. - Act as a point of contact for employee queries and ensure effective employee relations. - Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications - Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist. - Education: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification. - Technical Skills: - Proven hands-on experience with the Razorpay Payroll Management System. - Proficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation. - Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities. - Personal Attributes: - Confident, professional, and people-oriented approach. - High level of integrity, discretion, and accountability. Work Mode & Schedule - Work Mode: Onsite (Gurgaon) - Working Days: 5.5 days per week - Monday to Friday: Work From Office - Saturday: Half-day Work From Home Additional Requirements - Candidate must possess a personal laptop. - Immediate joiners will be given preference.
