The role focuses on workforce management, employee relations, statutory compliance, recruitment support, and fostering a positive and productive work culture at the plant. The position requires close coordination with production teams and plant management to ensure smooth HR functioning. Key Responsibilities1.HR Operations & AdministrationManage day-to-day HR activities at the plantMaintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentationHandle onboarding, induction, and exit formalities2. Recruitment & StaffingCoordinate hiring for plant-level positionsConduct initial screenings and interviewsSupport manpower planning as per production requirements3. Employee RelationsAddress employee queries, concerns, and grievancesPromote a safe, productive, and harmonious work environmentConduct employee engagement and communication initiatives4. Statutory Compliance & Payroll SupportEnsure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.)Coordinate with the payroll team for attendance, leave data, and wage processingSupport audits and statutory inspections5. Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs for plant employeesCoordinate skill development, induction, and safety training programs6. Health, Safety & WelfareMonitor workplace safety, hygiene, and employee welfare facilitiesSupport implementation of HR, safety, and disciplinary policiesEligibility RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field3–5 years of experience in Plant HR or HR Operations (manufacturing industry preferred)Good understanding of labor laws and statutory complianceProficiency in MS Office and HR systemsStrong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skillsAbility to handle employee engagement and conflict resolutionStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesWhat Makes You the Best Fit?Fluent English communication skills (preferred)Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong people management and coordination skillsHow to Apply Interested candidates may share their updated resume at hr@realply.in
