Job description Plant Hr Officer Hr Executive - Job Title Plant HR Officer HR Executive Company Realply Industries P Ltd Location Halalpur Sonipat Industry Building Materials - Wood Panel Working Days Monday to Saturday Working Hours 10 00 AM to 8 00 PM Budget 3 LPA To 6 LPA About Realply Industries P Ltd Realply Industries is India s largest wood veneer manufacturer and a pioneer in the interior infrastructure industry since 1997 As the only Forest to Furniture solution provider in the country Realply is committed to innovation sustainability and superior craftsmanship With raw materials sourced from 27 countries and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes our product portfolio includes wood veneers calibrated plywood decorative panels and more Join Realply to be part of a legacy brand that shapes design excellence and delivers quality-driven solutions Why Join Realply Industries Be part of a trusted and reputed brand known for innovation and sustainability Work in a dynamic fast-paced manufacturing environment Opportunity for professional growth and learning Competitive compensation and performance-linked benefits Collaborate with experienced professionals across functions Job Summary The Plant HR Officer HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations at the manufacturing unit The role focuses on workforce management employee relations statutory compliance recruitment support and fostering a positive and productive work culture at the plant The position requires close coordination with production teams and plant management to ensure smooth HR functioning Key Responsibilities HR Operations Administration Manage day-to-day HR activities at the plant Maintain employee records attendance and HR documentation Handle onboarding induction and exit formalities Recruitment Staffing Coordinate hiring for plant-level positions Conduct initial screenings and interviews Support manpower planning as per production requirements Employee Relations Address employee queries concerns and grievances Promote a safe productive and harmonious work environment Conduct employee engagement and communication initiatives Statutory Compliance Payroll Support Ensure compliance with labor laws factory regulations and statutory requirements PF ESI etc Coordinate with the payroll team for attendance leave data and wage processing Support audits and statutory inspections Training Development Identify training needs for plant employees Coordinate skill development induction and safety training programs Health Safety Welfare Monitor workplace safety hygiene and employee welfare facilities Support implementation of HR safety and disciplinary policies Eligibility Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field 3-5 years of experience in Plant HR or HR Operations manufacturing industry preferred Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems Strong communication interpersonal and coordination skills Ability to handle employee engagement and conflict resolution Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities What Makes You the Best Fit Fluent English communication skills preferred Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong people management and coordination skills How to Apply Interested candidates may share their updated resume at hr realply in Job Type Full-time Pay 13 245 30 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
