LTIMIndtree is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Associate Director to lead our Quality Engineering (QE) projects within the Manufacturing & Automotive domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth opportunities, leading transformation initiatives, managing RFPs, providing solutioning expertise, overseeing resourcing, and ensuring effective program and delivery management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in QE and a passion for excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the QE domain to drive business expansion in the Manufacturing & automotive sector.
  • Transformation Initiatives: Lead and manage transformation initiatives to enhance QE processes and practices, specifically tailored to the needs of Automotive projects.
  • RFP Management: Oversee the preparation and submission of RFPs, ensuring high-quality and competitive proposals that address the unique challenges of the automotive manufacturing industry.
  • Solutioning: Provide expert solutioning for complex QE challenges, leveraging industry best practices and innovative approaches relevant to Automotive manufacturing sector.
  • Resourcing: Manage and optimize resourcing for QE projects, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet project demands within the Automotive manufacturing domain.
  • Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of QE programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the specific requirements of Automotive manufacturing projects.
  • Delivery Management: Ensure the successful delivery of QE projects, meeting quality, timeline, and budget requirements, with a focus on Automotive manufacturing domain.


Must Have:

  • Minimum 18+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or related fields, with significant experience in the Automotive manufacturing domain.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale QE projects.
  • Strong expertise in growth strategy, transformation, RFP management, solutioning, resourcing, program management, and delivery management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
