With over 4,000 employees and a strong reputation as a premier Oracle, Microsoft, and AWS partner, we are committed to customer success, innovation, and employee engagement.Role OverviewAs a Scrum & Release Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading Agile delivery teams while ensuring the smooth release relating to Oracle E-Business Suite projects, changes, developments and patching. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams in Agile best practices, manage customer relationships, and oversee the end-to-end release lifecycle. This role requires a blend of technical delivery expertise, people management, and commercial acumen.Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Delivery & Scrum LeadershipPromote high-quality delivery and adherence to Definition of Done.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.Coach and guide development teams on Scrum, Lean, and DevOps principles.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.Maintain and prioritise the product backlog to maximise value.Drive continuous improvement and accountability within teams.Monitor project and squad performance, using data metrics to measure and improve delivery.Release ManagementOwn the release lifecycle for Oracle EBS deployments, ensuring timely and high-quality defect free deployments.Customer & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and customers.Build and maintain strong customer relationships, driving high satisfaction and engagement.Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies effectivelyWork closely with Product Owner, Development Team, and cross-functional stakeholders.Explore and drive opportunities for new and additional work within existing accounts.People & Resource ManagementForecast team costs and resource management and project revenuesCollaborate with other team leads to identify resourcing issues and cross-team opportunities. QualificationsDemonstrated leadership in Agile delivery and service management.Extensive experience managing product backlogs, development teams, and release cycles.Professional Scrum Master or Product Owner certification.Strong customer service, relationship management, and communication skills.Experience with DevOps, and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Miro).Strong analytical, commercial, and business acumen.Experience with Data and Power BI is a plus.Experience in cratering and managing project plans, Acceptance Criteria and Transition plans Additional Information At Version 1, we believe in providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that prioritises their well-being, professional growth, and financial stability.One of our standout advantages is the ability to work with a hybrid schedule along with business travel, allowing our employees to strike a balance between work and life.
