Job Opportunity: Strategic Alliance ManagerThe ideal candidate will lead the orchestration and management of our partner program in relation to its strategic alliance with a leading technology company.Access management, commercial marketplace solution management, lead tracking & referral submissions, claim submissions, revenue tracking, issue resolution, and ad hoc queries from the global business.Serve as a trusted advisor to management, providing insights and recommendations on partner benefits, co-sell motions, incentives, marketplace go-to-market strategies, and other partner programs.Coordinate partner program processes with the project management office, including evidence collection, audits, renewals, and timeline management.Market-facing integration: Ensure ongoing communications with marketing & sales on lead performance, funnel progression, conversion rates, influence, claims status, incentives attainment, and marketplace key performance indicators.Reporting & analytics enablement: Partner with reporting/analytics functions to design and maintain executive-ready dashboards (e.g., influence/credit, pipeline status, incentive attainment, cycle times, marketplace performance).The successful candidate should have a proficient understanding of how partner programs are executed and a track record of assessing, managing, and owning such programs at an organizational level.A strong English speaking, influencing, and communication skills; enthusiastic, curious, high-energy individual who uses a thought leadership approach is required.
