Job DescriptionThe Global Lead for Microsoft Partner will be responsible for overseeing the orchestration and management of ALIANDO's Partner Program in relation to its strategic Alliance with Microsoft.This role involves administering Microsoft Partner Center, which includes access management, commercial marketplace solution management, lead tracking & referral submissions, claim submissions, Azure revenue tracking, issue resolution, and trusted advising to management.The successful candidate will ensure ongoing communications with Marketing & Sales, provide regular business reviews and dashboards, maintain executive-ready dashboards, monitor and interpret program changes, publish internal updates and playbooks, brief leadership, and enable enablement on certifications vs. designations.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister Microsoft Partner CenterManage access permissions and commercial marketplace solutionsTrack leads and referralsProcess claims and manage revenue trackingProvide issue resolution and trusted advisingBenefitsThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft Partner Center and experience in managing partner programs.A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, along with excellent communication and project management skills.The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
