Job Description: Key responsibilities include: Long-term strategic planning, preparing and managing quarterly and annual operating plans, budgeting, and forecasting. Acting as a co-pilot with business teams, taking ownership of outcomes amidst uncertainty. Evaluating and constructing commercial proposals for category margins, leading negotiations. Driving targets with business teams, assisting with gap analysis and improvement plans. Collaborating with operation managers to reduce inefficient costs, optimize for steady-state costing, and set up processes for sustainable optimal cost. Facilitating financial review meetings, working with business managers to ensure effective finance and cost management, and providing data-driven recommendations and follow-through with business leaders. Performing financial reporting, ad-hoc business analysis, and financial modeling, managing financial planning and analysis using key business input levers. Automating reporting and demonstrating familiarity with Business Intelligence tools. Driving working capital management, including inventory management and return per square footage, to maximize top-line revenue. The successful candidate will be strategic, analytical, and demonstrate the ability to effectively manage the finances of a high-growth business. Desired Skills: 7-10 years of post-qualification experience. Master’s in Business – Finance/Strategy or CA preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams. Self-starter who can take ownership of deliverables with minimal direction and develop new approaches to business problems. Continuous improvement attitude and fast learning ability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
